Bicycle Art
There has always been an interesting synergy between artists and bicycles. Whether its because the tranquil state cultivated when out for a bike ride lends itself to the creative process or because creative people are also intelligent people and understand the benefits the bicycle brings to humanity.
Over the years some of the brightest artists have involved themselves with society by being in it, on a bicycle, rather than shut away from it. You can bet that if Leonardo da Vinci hadn't spent his time working on the helicopter the next thing he would have designed would have been the bicycle!
